Stage 1: Complimentary Consultation

The design consultation is complimentary. It is to determine the details of the design; i.e., theme, color and/or any special details that you would like to incorporate. From designing your couture invitation ensemble and customizing any other stationery options, we will work within your budget to incorporate your ideas and vision to create something uniquely you.

 

Stage 2: Estimate and Contract

Once a design direction has been decided, RSVP'ssentials will provide you with an estimate and a design timeline. Please allow three to five business days to receive your estimate. If you decide to move forward, a signed contract that includes your estimate and a 50% deposit will be required to begin the design process. All materials should be provided such as wording, photographs, and any other details discussed prior to estimate.

 

Stage 3: Pre-Production and Proofing

Your personalized designs are refined. RSVP'ssentials will provide you with previews during the pre-production (design) process either on our client access page or via email. Once we have made all necessary revisions andor updates required, PROOFREAD, PROOFREAD, PROOFREAD! We cannot express this enough. It is VERY important. Although RSVP'ssentials take extra precaution to make sure your design is error free, please carefully review your proof for proper spelling, capitalization, punctuation, layout, and format before signing off.

 

RSVP'ssentials is not responsible for any formatting and/or typographical errors on the final product. All errors are the full respoinsibility of the client. Sorry -- no exceptions. If you should choose to reprint due to an error of any kind, you are responsible for 100% of the reprint, production, and labor costs.

 

Stage 4: Final Production

Once all proofs are approved, final production will begin and your project will go to print. The FINAL payment, plus any applicable tax and shiping charges must be paid in full before your project will be printed. Once payment in full has been received, RSVP'ssentials will print and assemble your order according to your specifications. Your project will not be delivered or shipped until final payment is made. Please indicate if you prefer to pick up your project from our studio.

 

Exact production time varies depending upon the complexity of the order. Please allow two to four weeks for most classic and custom orders and up to six to eight weeks for some designs. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time.
